Soho Boutique Congreso Hotel - Madrid

It was exceptionally clean, everyone was really helpful and attentive. They gave me a nice size room with comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. The location was quiet - just 5 minutes' walk from Prado National Museum.

My room included coffee, temperature control and large windows. Exceptionally good views, the breakfast was good with sweets and ham, for example.

Request a room equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine for a boosted morning routine, especially if you're a coffee lover.

Rooms clean and quiet but why no drawers!! Staying for 6 nights and have little room to put our clothes. Only 4 hangers in wardrobe. Maybe fine for 1 or 2 night stay but no more than that. Breakfast expensive for what you get. No one to meet you and coffee machine out of order, no explanation. Expect more for price paid.

The room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed, air conditioning, and a cool Nespresso machine. The cozy corner was perfect for breakfast in our room. Loved the friendly staff who were super helpful! The location made it easy to explore the vibrant food scene in Madrid. Nice spot overall for families and couples alike!

Ideal hotel with nice and perfect staff, close to bars and restaurants. Very impressed with the PARTICULARLY GOOD view from our queen room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. Great and fantastic location, 5 minutes' walk to a large urban plaza.

The room was brand-new with an early, we had a fairly nice experience. Its location was excellent and particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from Prado National Museum...

Madrid's food scene blew me away! I found the best square hamburgers at La Ancha, and just a stroll away was Rosi La Loca Taberna with its funky vibe. Plus, the comfy bed.

I did find the air conditioning situation a bummer-disabling it for the season had me sweating at night. No wall hooks for my wet rain jacket? A little odd, right?

great location but limited views

We enjoyed the spaciousness of our suite with a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including a unique cake of the day that was a good surprise.

Despite the lovely suite, the lack of a view was a bit disappointing.

The location of Soho Boutique Congreso is fantastic, great to easily explore Madrid's vibrant culture. Our Junior Suite was spacious and well-designed, with a cozy corner perfect for enjoying breakfast in our room. We also appreciated the thoughtful addition of a coffee maker for our morning routine.

Couldn't recommend more for a rapid stop

Comfortable room, pleasant breakfast, with a well-located hotel just a 5-minute stroll from Sevilla, with adequate amenities like wifi and 24-hour reception.

Comfortable king-size beds

I loved the modern decor and cozy atmosphere. The spacious room was easy to navigate, with comfortable bedding as a senior traveler.

A bit more variety at breakfast would be great.

The central location was a significant advantage, with access to local attractions. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning and shower were not functioning, which detracted from the experience significantly. Despite friendly reception staff, there was a lack of response regarding these issues, disappointing.

The location was prime, close to all the hot spots like museums and shops. Getting around was easy, mostly on foot. The room I had, a Double or Twin Room, wasvery comfy and tidy, but honestly, the size was a bit disappointing. It felt cramped with minimal natural light, and the view was just a wall-definitely not what I expected. The bathroom was also clean but could use some updates. I liked the quiet atmosphere despite being in the middle of everything. The breakfast was decent, with good coffee and fresh pastries, though I would have preferred a wider variety. Housekeeping was on point, always making sure I had what I needed. I encountered some noise issues. At night, people dragging their luggage through the hallway and shouting outside disturbed my sleep a couple of times. It would be great if the hotel could improve noise insulation. All in all, I appreciated the excellent service from the friendly staff who were very helpful throughout my stay. This hotel has potential, but a few adjustments could really elevate the experience.
